ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development launches its maiden edition of the ECOWAS Investment Forum (EIF) 2024
The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) has officially launched its maiden edition of the ECOWAS Investment Forum, a pivotal platform for development partners and stakeholders to converge and highlight investment opportunities across key sectors of ECOWAS Member States. Organised in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Togo and the Government of India through the India Exim Bank, the 2024 ECOWAS Investment Forum (EIF) will take place on 4 and 5 April 2024 at 2 Février Hotel in Lomé, Togo.
The overall theme of the 2024 edition of the EIF is “Transforming ECOWAS Communities in a Challenging Environment”.
EIF 2024 will provide a unique opportunity to promote investment in key sectors of ECOWAS Member States, with a focus on enhancing shared prosperity and eradicating poverty. Key discussions and investment opportunities will revolve around sectors essential for the well-being of ECOWAS Communities, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and global market access.
This flagship event will showcase the high investment potential of West Africa, present a pipeline of development projects and programmes from the private and public sectors, as well as facilitate pertinent investment partnerships and conversations.
