Beneficiaries
Any intervention (direct or indirect funding, technical assistance, etc.) carried out in favour of an ECOWAS State or one of its geographical and technical agencies is qualified as a public operation.
The geographical agencies of a state are its potential federated states and its decentralized territorial constituencies with legal status.
The technical branches of a State are its non-profit enterprises and public institutions with legal status.
