Dr Francis G. EZIN

Dr. Francis EZIN is the Director of Administration and General Services of the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID).
With over 27 years’ experience, he is a seasoned Financier and an experienced Manager, with a good command of Banking Operations, Business Law and Human Capital Management. Previously an auditor and member of the team in charge of Banks’ Evaluation at Ecobank Group, he was Deputy Head of Banking Operations at Ecobank-Benin. He was also the Director of Human Resources at Ecobank-Togo, Ecobank- Benin and the Retail Banking segment of the entire Ecobank Group.
As a graduate of HEC Paris in Banking Management, he holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration (Executive DBA) with a triple specialization in:
- Finance (Master’s Degree in Finance),
- Law (Master’s Degree in Business Law), and
- Human Capital Management (Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management).
