The facility, which will be used to finance the proposed Marriotts Hotel in Accra, Republic of Ghana, was made available on Monday, 12 April 2010 at the headquarters of the Bank.

The 28th session of the Board of Directors of ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) was held today 26 March 2010 at the headquarters of the Bank.

An agreement relating to the granting of a line of credit was signed in Abuja on Thursday 11 February 2010 between the ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), represented by its President, Mr Christian ADOVELANDE, and NIGERIA EXPORT-IMPORT Bank represented by its Managing Director, Mr Roberts U ORYA.

ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) granted a loan in the amount of FCFA4.9 billion FCFA to DEKEL OIL CI SA for the partial financing of the establishment of an agro-industrial oil palm production complex at Ayénouan in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
