He made the call at the Second Congregation Ceremony of NiBS University, held on 1st August 2026 under the theme \u201cExcellence Beyond Borders: Preparing Leaders for a Changing World.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the 2026 congregation, Dr. Donkor described graduation as not only an academic achievement but also the beginning of an enduring responsibility to make a positive impact on society. He stressed the importance of combining digital fluency, innovation and technical expertise with emotional intelligence, ethical responsibility and humility to thrive in a rapidly changing world.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe measure of your success will not rest solely on the titles you attain, the wealth you accumulate, or the recognition you receive. Rather, it will be reflected in the lives you touch, the problems you solve, the opportunities you create for others, and the positive legacy you leave behind,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-278893 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bidc-ebid.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/NIBS_graduates_2026.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bidc-ebid.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/NIBS_graduates_2026.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.bidc-ebid.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/NIBS_graduates_2026-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bidc-ebid.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/NIBS_graduates_2026-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bidc-ebid.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/NIBS_graduates_2026-530x331.jpg 530w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>A number of high-level dignitaries attended the ceremony, including Honourable Members of the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana, senior government officials, distinguished academicians from international institutions, traditional rulers, and business leaders from the private sector.<\/p>\n<p>Highlighting NiBS University&#8217;s progress, Dr. Donkor cited the expansion of its academic programmes, strategic partnerships and research collaborations, while stressing the importance of strengthening its capacity for research and infrastructure development. In this regard, <em>The Club 100<\/em>, a fund established to support research and enhance the University&#8217;s infrastructure, was launched during the ceremony, with support from several notable alumni.
