Prior to his appointment, he held several positions in the Bank after his employment as Head of Legal Affairs Division of the erstwhile ECOWAS Fund for Cooperation, Compensation and Development, on 4 October 1999. Subsequently, he was appointed Secretary General of the ECOWAS Regional Development Fund (ERDF) erstwhile subsidiary of EBID, and later, Director of the Corporate Affairs Division following the restructuring of the EBID Group in 2007.<\/p>\n
He holds a Diploma from the \u201cEcole National d\u2019Administration\u201d of Mali, with major in law, and a Post graduate degree in Banking and Finance from the Paris \u201cInstitut Technique des Banque\u2019 of the \u201cConservatoire National des Arts et Metiers\u201d, in France.<\/p>\n
Before he joined the institution, Mr. Coulibaly worked with consultancy firms in Mali, notably Hassane Barry Law Firm and Sory Makanguil\u00e9 Tax Firm.
